GOD LOVES CITIES!

Hey Morgan Hill! Thanks for checking in. I am praying that, like me, you see the need for us to influence the spiritual climate in our city.

We are a growing city with associated growing pains and it is time for us to lay claim to the spiritual territory God has given us. Just like the “settlers of old,” when they came out west and staked their claim, it was presumed that they were going to work the land (their claim). If not, it would be considered abandoned and available for the taking. In the same way, we as residents of Morgan Hill have been given the opportunity to lay spiritual claim to the city we occupy. If we do not work that claim (through prayer), we abandon it, and our community becomes ripe to the plans of the enemy.

For this reason, I am hosting a twice-monthly zoom call for the sole purpose of praying for the spiritual welfare of Morgan Hill. We will bless our Pastors (lead Shepherds), our churches (who each have been given a mission post), our city leaders (voted, appointed and volunteers) and those folks that have yet to discover the abundant love of our Heavenly Father so that they too can “taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8).

We are better together! We are stronger together! The Lord loves unity amongst His people. “Then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind” (Philippians 2:2).

Could you prayerfully consider joining me in blessing our city? Or who in your congregation might like to join with me on the prayer call? Connect with me at: ginny@revivalvalley.com

Many Blessings, Ginny Kisling
